Movers caused damages and I received no response for over 2 weeks. After calling every day for 2 weeks and then threatening escalation, contact was made but no compensation was offered and any courtesy was refused by the company.
When we did speak yesterday, Desi told me the only option wouold be for them to charge me a $350.00 deductible to come to Windsor to look at the damages (despite my sending photos of the damages). I told them they weren't getting any more of my money. When asked what I would like, I suggested a $100-$200 courtesy refund or an amount we can discuss and he refused to even consider this. I let him know I will be moving forward with my complaint and reviews.
I then called customer service (corporate) and submitted a complaint but have yet to hear back from anyone.

Great service! I initially chose your company because the customer service over the phone was amazing; such friendly staff (I believe I spoke with Allison in particular)
The workers who moved my belongings were superb! So friendly and accommodating. Moving is never a fun experience and you guys made it much easier and relieved much of the moving stress.

I had a moving company all booked to do my move, I confirmed the arrival time a week prior to the move date.....but no show on moving day! Both phone lines were no longer in service. Needless to say, I panicked! Thankfully my daughter and son-in-law stayed calm, went on the Internet, called TWO MEN AND A TRUCK because that name was familiar. The person answering the phone said that they had a team just come back from a job. They would be over in an hour! I was very thankful!!!

Wonderful men. Took very good care of all my belongings and made my moving day stress-free. I would certainly request them again if i ever moved again. The staff members were wonderful and informative and the packing service was amazing. Everything was packed with great care and with efficiency. The fellows were upbeat and worked right through the time allotted while smiling all the time! They were conversant and talked through difficult manoeuvres. Very professional friendly.
