Because of the movers' availability, the time of the move was advanced by 1/2 hour when I received the confirmation call. Unfortunately not all parties were notified so the movers were 1/2 hour late. As I am self employed that meant I lost 1/2 of time I could have been working instead of waiting in the cold for the truck. I received apologies from the person who answered the phone when I called to find out where they were as well as the movers and then a call later from the person who was responsible for the mix up with the time change which was nice but at no time was I offered compensation for my inconvenience due to their scheduling error with the movers which was disappointing. Beyond that, our very precious family heirloom was safely moved for which we are grateful.

Overall, I was thrilled with the service. I do not even have one minor complaint.

We were really impressed with the efficiency and pace of the movers while packing up our furniture. When you're paying people by the hour, you want top notch service. These fellows actually ran back into the cottage to retrieve more pieces!! All five movers over the course of two days were extremely courteous and hard-working. We would definitely recommend/use Two Men and a Truck for moving again.

Mike was ably managing the entire ops, Colin was great at space management inside the truck and Brandon was enthusiastically learning the ropes. It felt more like my buddies had come over to help me move and I think I expressed it to them, as well.

I would heartily recommended you and your team to anyone, in fact I already have, to Cindy - the superintendent of the condo complex where I have moved to.

Just a few small mishaps like a travel bag handle and an old lamp, which are in no way a spot on the excellent care and service rendered by your team.
