The three young men were extremely polite, introducing themselves and thanking me at the end. They did a fantastic job, quick and very efficient. They handled my furniture very carefully, nothing was marred or broken. I certainly would recommend your company to friends and family. Thank you very much.

Friendly professionals never stopped followed directions of my most valued possesions along with my other belongings and property and went up and beyond and above i was completely satisfied and impressed

We loved Mike, Justice and Allison, but not Des. Allison did our estimate weeks ago. When we told her our new apt's elevator wasn't available until the afternoon, she adjusted the move start time by 2hrs. Soon after, Des called to try and get us to move the start time earlier based on the andquot;size of the moveandquot;. We reluctantly agreed to move it up 30min. Then, two days before our move, Des called and asked us to add/pay for a 3rd mover, andquot;based on the size of our moveandquot;, the fact we only had one truck booked for lots of stuff, our furniture being fragile, etc. It felt like a pressure tactic to get us to spend more money with 48hrs to go, especially as Des himself had reviewed our estimate weeks earlier. We didn't add a 3rd mover, and the job finished on time. Either bad estimate or upselling.:-(

There was a mix up with the address of the house the furniture was to be delivered. Berkely when it should have been Barclay. Office discounted the hour lost and problem was resolved satisfactorily. Over all I was very happy with the service provided.

Your service was great! Your staff were very punctual and I truly felt like they cared about my things while moving them. I would use your company again in the future.

Everything about the team was great and we really appreciated you squeezing us in at the last minute. My only regret is that it took much longer than expected and so our final bill was 50% higher than anticipated. Still, we were happy with the guys who did the actual move. They were great!

There were a few problems at my apartment that I left. However, it was not the fault of the movers. I would have been wise to stay while they were there and kept the staff at Richmond Woods informed about the elevator times and availability.
