Men showed up early and worked hard the entire time . Careful with my things , and blanket wrapped everything . Good job !

Both movers were friendly but also professional ..wasted no time packing up our stuff ..made it to the new place in a timely manner ...were respectful putting all the furniture etc exactly where we wanted it placed..made helpful suggestions when we hesitated where to put something...this was a small job however have used this company for a bigger job with exactly the same kind of caring and efficiency. Would highly recommend these movers.

Hi my Location was London Ontario.
The issue wasn’t that it was going to cost more or take longer. I was under the impression with talking to Jennifer in the office the quote is just what that was a quote. If it took longer or there was more than expected it would cost me more; which was 100% fine. It was that that option was not provided when the Ops Manager showed up; even when I had brought it up. Desi told me they had to stick to their list and time frame. So now I have to rent a U-Haul truck this Sunday and try and move the rest myself.
My husband is a wood worker with a bad back; so I have some wood, work benches (dismantled), a TV, Drum set and boxes left. I’m sure there’s more I’m just at work and can’t think of the full list.

This was the fifth time I have used Two Men and a Truck and as always the experience was excellent. The team on this occasion was excellent - I would have them help with a move any time any where.

The delivery team was prompt and moved quickly. They were friendly and made the move easy. However, their handling of dismantling my bed was a bit rough, they left a giant scratch in it, as they were moving a bit too fast and the bottom of my night stand is broken. I didn’t notice til a few days later when I was more settled in my new place. It is unfortunate I didn’t notice sooner and upsetting as it’s newer furniture. Because of their friendliness and helpfulness I still would use them again.

Your staff is courteous knowledgeable and decent. Your movers knew exactly what they were doing,nice and prompt. I was very pleased with the moving and will use your company again in the future. Thanks for being so good to me I really appreciated it.

All the guys were thoughtful and kind.They were quick. I enjoyed talking with them. Thank you all.

Totally satisfied with the overall thorough, very informed, and courteous service, beginning to end, from the initial connection to the actual move. We would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone.

Very poor experience. Asked for 3 movers and was sent someone who was on their very first day on the job. Unsure why I would have to pay full price for a 3rd mover for his training. He was slow and also dropped my washing machine on my hardwood floor, the other movers thought it was a miracle nothing was damaged. Will use a different company next time.
