Very poor experience. Asked for 3 movers and was sent someone who was on their very first day on the job. Unsure why I would have to pay full price for a 3rd mover for his training. He was slow and also dropped my washing machine on my hardwood floor, the other movers thought it was a miracle nothing was damaged. Will use a different company next time.

Damaged walls and furniture
Did not take everything from house. Left random pieces of furniture.

Never used a moving company before but glad i did this time . Two men and a truck were fast yet careful and placed every thing where I asked.

The movers were very organized and explained things very well. There was one new person who was very good and was very courteous. He will be great with a little more experience and if he follows the lead of the other two.
Overall they made my move a lot less stressful. I would definitely be a repeat customer if I move again.

The whole experience was top notch your company really and truly made my move so easy. They were very curtious and so helpful. From the office staff to the movers. I will highly recommend your company. It was more fun than work

From office to movers, staff was amazing. Movers went above and beyond of what my expectations were. They are #1 in their field and I will be spreading the word on my experience. If I ever have to move again TMT is the only call I will make.

There was a problem with the date being determined incorrectly adn I neglected to read the confirmation email, so the error was not discovered until I was called for confirmation the day before. I was out of the country on a planned trip, clearly not planning to move on that date. The company managed to combine my move with another, which I appreciated. However, 80% of my belongings were left on the moving dock of the condo building so the drivers could get to their next off-load on time. It was a lot of work on my part to move everything up to the unit and yet I was still charged the full amount for the move. I feel that is unreasonable. When I called the London, ON office to follow up, I was told that the date error was completely my fault so I should not have expected full service.

I originally moved from a house to a storage unit , the gentlemen handling that move, were great, however they broke the front light and as of yet have not replaced it. Then I moved from the storage unit to my Apt. the one gentlemen was great and read all the boxes and put them where they said, the 2nd gentlemen used the dolly and would just unload 4 boxes at a time regardless of where they went. I ended up having to move boxes around. I had not intended to do that, why do you think I labeled them.

MY ONLY CONCERN IS THE TRAVEL TIME BEFORE STARTING MOVE YOU HAVE NO CONTROL. WE WERE CHARGED ONE AND HALF HOURS EACH WAY. THE ACTUAL TIME BETWEEN PLACES WAS ONLY ONE HOUR. I WOULD SAY THE TIME SHOULD BE BASED ON THE TIME BETWEEN MOVES.
THIS WOULD RESULT IN A HOUR EXTRA WAS CHARGED ????

Arrived on time, friendly and helpful. Great experience. Would recommend to anyone needing movers. Thanks.
