Jesse and Patrick, the two movers from the Toronto office, were professional and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very pleasant to deal with.

We were overall happy with the move. Unfortunately it was off to a rough start - first our movers called us 20 minutes after they were supposed to arrive to say they were running late as people did not show up to work. They then arrived over an hour late because they went to the wrong location. However they were nice, efficient, and very good at what they do. We were occasionally worried for their safety as they were lifting but it was quite impressive. They also took a break during our morning move (without mentioning it to us) - which is fine but they were late and we only had the elevator booked until 12, and we got in trouble with our security.
They were very honest and nice and charged us very fairly for everything, we just want to pass along our honest feedback. Thanks!

Busy with my move and content sale, would have got back to you sooner. Wish I had a higher rating for the moving team! They handled unexpected adversity with both calmness and assertiveness. One elevator was not working, so the other one stayed on regular service. Also couldn't park by the garage entrance. It was clear they were looking out for our best interests as best they could. In the end, nothing was broken and they finished ahead of schedule. I was left with a sense of confidence that my bigger move will go smoothly whatever obstacles come up.

I was home sick just before my move and called TMT to inquire about boxes. I was told they could deliver the next day, when I expressed I wouldn't be home the next day but was home at the moment, the lady put me on hold, came back moments later and told me that they would have the boxes delivered by 1pm that day. Not only were my boxes delivered on time (Lance) I think, was terrific with his packing tips. I will use TMT next time as well. Thanks.

Was very please with the three people who did our move. They were very professional and most pleasant to deal with.

I actually got three guys and a truck! The movers were friendly and good-natured with a positive attitude. They made it a fun experience while getting the job done in good time.
