Office service was great
The Movers were great
Price was to high for a move that took less than 2 hours

I had an amazing experience. I made a mistake with my booking but everyone worked through it like it was not a big deal and we got my mom packed up and moved. Nav, Ola, and Albert were the best! They were so friendly and efficient. I actually had fun, which is not always the case when you are moving. I appreciated the quick responses and check-ins from Shaheen from the office. All the stars!

Great experience. The 3 guys who came to move me worked hard and were efficient.

Please focus on hiring, training, and ensuring your employees are compensated and treated so that they are encouraged to show up for work.

Trucks should be supplied with masks
After a double booking and coming a day later the move went smoothly. The driver and his helper were hard workers once the initial confusion was resolved.
I will consider this company if I have another move as the office compensated for the delay and worked with us.

We were quoted a price which I thought was extremely high. We didn't have a lot of stuff to move. Just bigger things. I was told it's ok if it doesn't take as long as the quote we won't have to pay that much. So I started moving all the boxes myself to save some money. So when they showed up there was 3 guys for a 2 man job. Third guy didn't have much to do. Plus it was more money!

I wish I would have used Two Men and a Truck on all my other moves. They were courteous, fast, efficient I could not have been more happy with there work. Moving is always stressful but Two Men and a Truck eased that stress a little.Thank you.

I thought the movers were timely and great. They did leave a chip on my nightstand and my wall though, but other than that it was a great service and I would use again.

The moving team was great- super fast and the teamwork between the two individuals who helped me move was phenomenal. The office also did a great job at booking but there were some questions prior to the move-in that were never answered.

Additionally, some items were damaged in the move. I suggest wrapping up every part of furniture that cannot be dissembled from the body (e.g., legs on a couch).

the truck was over an hour late with no warning (i had to call in), and I think i was charged time for the team refuelling their truck. I was still under their minimum charge so this is not a concern, but "maintenance" and fueling should not be on the customer's clock.
the crew had some logistics trouble / team dynamics issues for how to lift larger items, but they did a good job overall.
