A suggestion or office: when doing an estimate for the move, add some additional time for things like wrapping the furniture, removing legs, hand rails etc. Ask the guys for a guesstimate of how long it takes to wrap furniture (10 min./ item?) & add the additional time to the estimate. Will reduce surprises.
