Movers were very slow and not motivated.
3 hours to load, I had to help to speed the process up. 45 mins to unload. Wow.
Nengi in Customer service is horrible. Accused me of not booking elevators, they were. Making all kinds of excuses for poor service. Move should have been done in 3 hours total as there was not a lot to move.
I will never recommend your company based on Customer service alone

The move went well however I feel there should of been more planning before the move and that would of lessened the last minute surprises that were professionally managed by this company
