The moving team broke picture frames in the move and said "it was like that when we wrapped it up" I watched them wrap it it was not broken before the move, they also broke the hydraulics on my screen door and tried to say it was like that when they got there, they tried to fix it but it doesn't close properly anymore.

everything went smoothly....called before arrival at the communicated time, guys were polite and professional. They were very attentive to my belongings and took care to make sure everything was packed and moved carefully, I would highly recommend and was very happy with the moving team. rating 5 stars very easily

The job was well done and the packing crew did a great job. Though they had to move everything down 4 flights of stairs, it was still completed quickly and carefully.

The movers were incredibly slow. The move should have taken 2 hours or less and they managed to stretch it into 5 hours so that I would be overcharged. The damaged the walls of the house I was moving out of, were very unfriendly, and tried to tell me they left the office at 3:53pm when they arrived at 4:45pm and it is only a 17 minute drive. This was a horrible experience.

So very sorry this happened to you Ian, this is not our norm. We do have a 96% customer referal rating that is independently generated. There must have been some nuasances in the move that caused the extension. We apoligise and as you connect with office we will help as we can

The guys were very friendly and wrapped the furniture nice however they were not efficient in handling the furniture as it took way longer then my previous 3 moves and much wall damage was made in both properties unfortunately. The crew worked hard but they seemed inexperienced related to how to efficiently move furniture. Cost was also way over estimate due to inexperience in my opinion.
