The moving team was very nice and efficient but several pieces of furniture were damaged in the move. Boxes were not placed in the correct rooms as labeled. Two pieces of furniture were not reassembled correctly. I spoke to two people about my concerns but my calls were not returned by the appropriate person to resolve my issue.

I appreciate how fast, efficient, and caring my moving team was. Despite navigating some tight apartment hallways and entrances, my items made it to my new unit in the exact same condition they left my last unit in, all while coming in under what was estimated for a timeframe.
