Good morning. We received our items in a timely manner & communication from the driver was good. But items we put in storage completely put together were taken apart & repacked by your staff. The threading where screws were removed was stripped indicating the screws weren’t properly removed, probably yanked out. Now the screws cannot fully tighten & the racks are wobbly reducing functionality.

Brent and Freddie were fantastic, polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient. We moved from a three story apartment, which comes with it's own hurdles. Not for these men! They tackled a hard job in a very professional manner. We would not hesitate to recommend this company and these two fine men.
