Best move ever! Movers were professional and they really took care of my bookcase, and yea while it split into two pieces the upper piece was still quite a challenge to get over the downstairs baluster.
They even helped with my plants, many many plants, and all moved without any distress.

From the first phone call with James and I think Jeff until the delivery of my mom's furniture in North Carolina everything went so smooth. Everyone we talked to was wonderful! Being she was on a waiting list to move to assisted living we didn't know the date until the last minute.
