Initially, we were referred to two men and a truck to move some larger items into the new home. After the movers were unable to remove the couch (That myself and one other were able to move on our own at a later date) they left early, moved some of the items back into the new residence, leaving mud stains on the new carpet, as well as a hole in the trim from a puncture.

laura was excellent and in hindsight i appreciate her repeated but not pushy follow ups after i submitted request for online quote. it kept her in my mind when i finally needed the service, and her responsiveness and flexibility once we engaged were excellent.
