Hi-- I already shared the details over the phone with Cody, but the basic things that caused the 2 star rating were:
1. Crew arrived at 9:17 instead of 8:30-8:45
2. The more experienced guy moved slowly
3. When we left to go to the condo I was moving into, it took them 1.5 hours to arrive. The place is 20 min away.
4. I was charged $500 over the high end of the estimate for the time it took.

The movers were on time, friendly, energetic, and worked quickly- the complete package! I have used Two Men and a Truck several times for complicated, partial moves up and down steep challenging drive ways. Setting up the move was easy with excellent and professional communication with Kaleb. I highly recommend!
