One of your employees used my $5000 amplifier to prop open an elevator door. It promptly fell over. They then got lost TWICE.

The 4 movers I had were amazing!! They were professional, they worked well together, they communicated with me on matters of furniture and confirming instructions. They didn’t man-handle my belongings and loaded them with care.

My previous experience was great which is why I came back. But this recent experience was not satisfactory as the movers took frequent smoke breaks and since it is charged based on time, significantly increased the quote value. The gentlemen explained it was because the truck had to be parked further away due to space, but there is a disconnect there.
