Absolutely terrible broke so much of my stuff and also wouldn’t cover the cost of the damage of my home nor things they broke of mine when their insurance should of covered it but they basically told me deal with it and charged my card with out resolving the issue . Terrible company will never use them again they are disrespectful.

Both movers were pretty efficient and respectful. at the end of the move my TV was broken and the office essentially left it to the 2 movers to “negotiate” on site. After getting no where with them and seeing no accountable thy just left. sense then i’ve heard nothing from their office regarding how we’ll resolve this.

Absolutely awful they damage my front door casing my walls my baseboards, damage my dresser so badly that I need to get a new one which isn’t cheap . All the damage they did on a BRAND new house just got finish build 3 weeks ago. I am so upset. Thousands of dollars of damage

Moved a washer dryer and exchanged for another set and returned to first house. Houses are 15 minutes apart. Added a small patio table and 4 plant pots that weighed 20 lbs each. None of the appliances were reconnected and they charged 4 1/2 hours when it should have taken 3 hours.
