The two gentlemen who helped me move were very professional and efficient! Even dealing with my book collection, and manoeuvring my couch in and out of my apartments.

I would give agent and Blessing 6 stars. Service was outstanding.

Felix, crew lead was very helpful and professional. Was a few times where the other two crew members seemed to lack direction and perhaps weren't as efficient as they could have been. Overall the crew were helpful, polite, and, careful with my boxes and furniture. I would recommend to others or use them again if I was moving.

I found the billing portion very confusing and did not realize that we would pay almost 300.00$ is other fees including the 179.00 per hour for the movers. The bill we did get we were told was wrong and then charged 400.00 more than that

I was so worried about the move as I have never hired a moving company before. And I have moved several times in my life. The guys were very kind and just wanted me to step back and they would take over, That was hard for me ,as I like to have control, My son had to keep telling me to let them do their job. I stepped back and let them do their job. They were very professional. Thank you

Office underestimated the time for the movers. The 3 to 5 hour estimate turned into 7.5 hour move. I called the day before move to update regarding boxes needed for the art and TV. They showed up with all the original stuff discussed, and not the revised request. The office did not communicate effectively with the movers. The movers were great, very careful and worked hard and efficiently.
