Training From The Top Down
Training at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK isn’t limited to movers and drivers. Before a franchisee opens their new location, they spend a week at the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK corporate office in Lansing, Mich., where they complete new franchisee training through educational sessions and courses to get them up to date on all of the best practices in the moving industry.
They’re also able to learn from other individuals within the company on the best methods for safely completing moves so that when they open their new location, they’re equipped with the knowledge to move our customers forward.
