Reliable efficient pleasant polite careful nice personalities

I did tell the office staff of what I needed moved, and emailed prior to let them know exactly what was to be moved. No one replied or called, the movers then showed me the sheet and barely anything was on there. They called and said they would be an hour late. I called and told them that didn’t work, and we didn’t get moving till at least 12;45-1. Then they showed up and everyone was misinforming each other, and it wasn’t getting back to me. The one man was allergic to cats, and should not have been moving a house with cats. They didn’t wear booties for the house. The walls have marks now to the point of me having to fix. They hit one in front of me and said it was nothing, but it was. 1/2 the time they didn’t know what I was saying, had to repeat many times. We all agreeed, never again.

Everything was excellent. The truck turned up on time, and the guys understood exactly what was expected of them.

Two men were to meet me at an address and move a fridge from a basement to the back of my pickup and secure it with my straps, etc. ready for transit. They showed up an hour early and charged me for 1/2 hour over 2 hour minimum (leaving their base at 10:30, finishing at 12:30, giving them 30 minutes to return). Neither knew anything about transporting fridges nor strapping and securing it properly. If they had shown up at the agreed time, they would not have been there an hour so the 2 hour minimum was fine with me. I am VERY disappointed in being over-charged the extra.

Guys showed up on time, ready, and put in a solid effort! Worked liked demons, and had our stuff loaded in no time. Though they moved super fast, they were highly organized and protected our belongings very well! Were quite friendly, though language was a bit of a barrier. Think we got great value overall. Only (minor) complaints i have is that i asked for 3 guys and got 4 (which while costs more, is more efficient... and could have been communicated by the office staff better), and i think the language barrier was the reason we had a handful or two of boxes left in the wrong rooms. Overall still believe great value as they had a fantastic work ethic!
