The whole process was pretty stress free which is what you want when you’re moving to a new place.

the gents arrived on time and were able to move the appliances to the area required. Looking forward to having them returned to the area.

For the most part, I'm extremely happy. The movers were good (one exceptional, one complained over a dresser being too heavy that my 100 lbs wife moved so not overly heavy - the other fellow dismissed the comment immediately and apologized for the comment). The movers moved surprisingly fast which was impressive! Only complaint -- could have used more care with the corners of the furniture as most have a scuff or chip. Some of the furniture is antiques so although they look old, they aren't and need a little care. We should have pointed this out.

All in all, a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to use again and will certainly refer others.

From start to finish dealing with Two Men and a Truck was a breeze.
Moving is stressful, the movers were polite, super helpful and speedy, the office staff made sure I knew exactly what to expect and were with me each step of the way.

Everything went well until a large piece was unwrapped and I noticed a large chip. The moving team (5 vs me) claimed it was there when they wrapped it but I passed that piece of furniture 20 times a day in my home and never saw a chip (it is quite obvious).
When my dryer was “lifted” to be installed there were two scratches on the floor under where the movers placed the machine (with no floor protector). I’ve reported both.
Once I have a furniture store rep advise what can be done to repair my armoire I am to advise the Two Men office but was told the floor was my issue

I am a 60ish woman with a disability. You sent extremely helpful staff, they brought 4 workers for four four hours, they helped me out a lot! They were efficient, organized and kind. Great service!

The team was fantastic, finished everything in under 6 hours for move out. Finished move in on the other end in 4 hours, Rolland was team lead and he kept everyone moving and safe. He was an excellent team lead. I’d request him and his team again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
