Our movers did not wrap all of our furniture in moving blankets, even though the office staff said that they would. Two of the movers seemed to care and worked very hard, but the other two were basically being babysat - they were very lazy and slow. The movers damaged the walls and ceiling in the post-move house as well as chipped a few pieces of my furniture (not covered in moving blankets). I am fairly certain they also lied about the time. They were at our house at 9:15 and left by noon, but charged us for over 4 hours. The office said that her system estimated far less than 1 hour for driving to/from our houses, so this does not add up.

When I called the person who answered, Stephanie, was so personable and knowledgable. I had never used a moving company (and hope to never move again!) The movers arrived exactly on time and were ready to go. They were fast and my only complaint is that, I had to leave to meet a furniture delivery and they ended up leaving ALOT of things behind - I had to go back and bring two SUV loads of things myself.

The move went very smoothly and faster than I could have imagined. I had a few large and awkward items like a treadmill and other exercise equipment in an older house with narrow stairs but everything moved great. I will definitely use them again for my next move. My only mistake was trying to move the small stuff myself. I should have let them move everything and it could have been done so much faster with far less headaches.

The office staff was very helpful. The Moving team was very professional and worked extremely hard. This was a difficult move with complex large furniture that had to fit into a tight townhouse at the receiving end. I knew this would be a complicated move and that's why I hired a team of strong young men to do this form me. When we had to lift most of the large items up over a 2nd floor balcony, 2 more men were needed and the move went good with 6 guys. Wow, these men knew what they were doing! Thanks the 2 men and a truck, we got everything were we could get it and my back is intact. I will use these guys again on my next move.

I was extremely pleased with the performance of Two Mena and a Truck. The movers performed tirelessly and worked extremely hard in moving our home. The move took longer than anticipated, but the movers never waivered in the performance of their task and were professional from beginning to end.

Customer service in the office was great from the start, much better than any of the other companies I contacted. The guys were quick but thoroughly careful, and the process was smooth all the way through. Really great!!

The other mover could not understand anything said to him, was over zealous with walls, floors everything could not follow any instructions , arrived without a dolly or straps and left for over an hour to get equipment. I had a great experience with your company in Edmonton this took forever and they did not have instructions clearly given to the movers. It was a very aggravating experience. I ended up doing a lot of the moving

The guys were great, they were very respectful and even though the temperatures were almost -30 they never complained or made me feel bad about making them work on such a horrible day. It was a very long day for them but I never heard one complaint, they were friendly until the very end.

You guys made our move a lot easier. The 2 guys that came were awesome. They were friendly, fast and careful with our belongings. Will definitely recommend and book again if we have to move again.

The whole experience was great. The quote system was really easy to use. The quote was accurate (actually, they did even better than their quote because the guys worked so fast!), and Stephanie in the office was amazing the whole way through - she is kind and patient and answered every question I had. They took so much stress out of moving. On move day, the guys were on time, worked hard, and took great care of my property. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use them again.
