I found office staff less than professional/courteous. when i expressed issues, the onus was put back on me rather than asking "how can we resolve this?" When an item was left behind, i was not followed up with until i contacted corporate, and again, i was treated less than courteously. When I sent photos of damage.....broken decorative knob and cross section of wooden headboard snapped from dowel....the movers did NOT mention these issues on moving day, I did not receive follow up. The item that i was told "was never seen" by the three movers who walked by it numerous times (where it held the door open) was not moved. instead of sending someone to collect and bring it to me.....a simple fix....the issue was put on me. My former neighbor brought it to me several weeks later.

Everyone is exceptional. Polite, on time, efficient and hard working. Not only best moving company but one of the bust businesses we’ve dealt with.

Overall we were very disappointed with your company.
While the 2 guys that did our move had good attitudes and were very hard-working, they were very poorly trained and ill-prepared for the move.
I was worried and concerned about their safety, they used improper lifting techniques and didn't use lifting tools like straps at all.
They took about twice the time I expected to do the move, so the bill was double what i expected. When we moved this furniture the first time it took a different moving company (with trained staff) about a third of the time.
Needless to say the move did not go as expected and while we have signed off the bill and paid, you should know that we are extremely disappointed with the operation of your company and your safety practices.

Only problem was they put packing directly on my dishes and it took hours to get it off, should have put paper under the tape.

Fantastic customer service (the office staff were so helpful and accommodating to any changes in schedule I made), and the movers had such a good attitude and were friendly to work with!

The moving crew showed up on time and worked professionally, courteously and constantly through the move. They didn't even take a lunch break. We were impressed at how quickly they moved such a large amount of stuff. Very happy with the team. Would use them again no problem.

A clothing hanging rack was lost in the move but it was not valuable to me. There was also damage to one of the legs of my leather sofa but the movers (Tommy and Tyler) were happy to record it and said that it would be taken care of. Other than that, the move went pretty smoothly and everyone I dealt with was professional.

The two guys were positive and efficient. I would hire 2 men and a truck again.
