unfortunately your team had dirty boots on when they went up our white carpeted stairs and the white carpeting in the bedrooms - it doubled our carpet cleaning quote, however they took greater care at our new residence and didn't leave a mark. I gave them a $100 tip not realizing that the carpet was a mess at our old place. Otherwise I'm quite content given that they took great care of our furniture etc. Cheers!

Everything went well but could have been done faster. Office staff were amazing and very helpful. Movers did a good job in making sure nothing was broken or damaged in transit. Movers were very courteous and focused on the task. Only area to improve is in the journey management. Will be helpful to do journey management and be sure of all the routes to the addresses before the move date.

Over all decent experience. There was a bit of confusion around the address, even though it was confirmed the day before.
The moving coordinator did not suggest wrapping paper as something we might need for breakables, so we had to get creative and use clothes, and blankets, and paper towel. There was no paper on hand that the movers could have used and charged for.
However, the rest of the move was fine, it was a relatively small apartment move with minimal items.

The move itself was amazing. The only issue was that the move wasn't booked on the date that I asked for and I didn't find out until the day that I thought I was moving. Thankfully I was able to do it the next day.

Services were explained clearly and the quote was accurate.
Staff had excellent communication skills.

I am over-the-moon incredibly satisfied with my experience with Two Men And A Truck. I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone. I am impressed with my entire experience, from the professionalism and knowledgeable administrative staff to the wonderful crew assigned my move. Everyone was amazing. My crew arrived on time and worked continuously throughout the 3 hours, moving all the bulking heavy things I hired them to do. When they were done, they offered to help with the boxes remaining in my vehicle. After walking up 35 steps 37 times, the help was welcome. However the only suggestion I would make would be to have a "30 minute warning" that would allow me to make the decision to incur extra expense, or to let the guys return to the office within the contracted time.

The six guys that came out to work on our large move were very, very helpful and they worked extremely hard. It is clear that they cared very strongly about doing a good job. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Scratched my hardwood floors and then denied doing it. Was told during booking that the travel fee and disassembly and assembly was built into the hourly rate, but then was charged additionally for these services.

They were polite, friendly and honest, both the movers and the lady I spoke to in the office.

We were very happy with the service we received. The moving team were very time conscious, efficient, careful and courteous. We will recommend this service to our friends and neighbours. Thank you.
