Movers seemed untrained. They utilized poor body mechanics and I was worried for their safety. They tracked dirt through my house as they didn’t remove or clean their foot wear. They declined to move glass with warranty which left me very confused. None of our property was wrapped except mattresses which I was later charged for! They were slow and rough with our possessions and the move took much longer than it should have. We have moved several times over the years and this was by far the least professional we have experienced.

The movers were great, no complaints. My only concern was that they didn't have any protective footwear....they wearing running shoes. I don't know the protocol with "moving ppe", but I cringed every time they were caring heavy furniture. I would not want to be a mover (I'm too lazy), but if I were, I'd be concerned about a big dresser dropping onto my toes! Performance-wise though, they were wonderful.

The movers forgot to take things to my garbage room in my building and had to come back to finish the job. They also didn’t know how to break down a bed for transport which took up a lot of time and money. They also left my mattress in the garbage room of my building which was suppose to be taken with them and left at the dump, I am now being invoiced by my building for removal of the mattress - an extra cost which I shouldn’t have.

Overall the move was good but quite a few pieces of our furniture and art pieces were scratched up because they weren't careful about loading them in the truck. We also lost one box in the process but they don't seem to be very worried about it.

Everything was done with care and efficiency. We had to move our move dat twice and the office staff was super accommodating and easy to deal with. The movers were on time and made everything stress free.
Everyone was excellent to deal with.

The 4 movers that came went above and beyond for our family. They made sure to get the furniture arranged in the new place so that it was functional and had enough room to move through using a walker. They were pleasant, friendly, and respectful.
The office staff was wonderful as well. After explaining that circumstances to the move, they helped come up with the best way to move my parents quickly and within their budget.
I cannot thank everyone enough.

The process was easy, and the pick up and drop offs were right on schedule!

2 Men and A Truck were punctual, efficient, and on their estimate. I had a short notice and complicated move and they preformed very well.

When I called I was treated in a friendly, caring manner. I was able to get a perfect time for the move and given the suggestion to use 4 men to make the move more economical for me. The movers were prompt, friendly and cared for my belongings very well as they prepared them for the move. Jed and his crew were speedy, efficient and accomplished the move in less time than I had anticipated which meant a lesser cost than I thought. I would definitely deal with this company again and have mentioned how happy I was with them to all my friends.
