The front desk staff were very friendly, we had booked 2 men and a truck to come on a Sunday at 9am. By 9:30 no one had come. I called the front desk and no answer and then I emailed and one of the booking people happened to see it and called me back to let me know they couldn’t get a crew together but for sure they would move us around 2pm that afternoon. At 2:30 a worker called and said they couldn’t move us that day. I asked to speak to a manager and did not receive a call until 4 days later. He offered only a 5% discount and when I told him that was not acceptable for the costs I incurred he said he’d call me back that day. He did not but proceeded to charge my credit card anyway! I need a company that is trustworthy and reliable and therefore will not be using 2 men and a truck again

Easy to set up appointment, and the movers were fast and professional. overall, very satisfied.

Needed truck & crew quick , phoned mid-week for Saturday service, no problem. Easy move, they re-arranged a few things as I had asked too.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from the 2 Men team, especially the two movers. They were polite, professional, and pleasant; they said they would be at the destination ahead of schedule and they came through. They both worked extremely hard and carefully. Very happy with the experience!

Excellent from start to finish. The pre-move web forms to list room contents were easy and helpful - saved time later. The office staff were wonderful. We had last minute issues, and might have had to postpone (but we didn't in the end), and the office staff was extremely helpful and kind through that stress. One of the two movers was extremely experienced, and the other was good too. Ours was not the easiest move ever, and we had a difficult sofa bed to move that they managed without damage. All good, would recommend and would re-use. Thanks!

The 2 movers were exceptionally pleasant, courteous and conscientious. I had them pack a moving pod and am hopeful that they could be available to return for when I book again to have the pod emptied.

Sarah M was fantastic. Easy to say yes after discussion with her. She is a keeper. Super engaging and lovely. Movers were great. Nice guys. Efficient.

Yaw and Lucas were phenomenal. Very professional and courteous. Very efficient and careful. Great experience. They even arrived 15 minutes early. Would reccomend both specifically and request only them if I had to move again.

The movers were scheduled for 9 am. At 9:15 I called to find out where they were. I was called back at 9:45 and told that the drivers were in an accident. They were going to try to find me another team. I said I hoped the drivers were okay. I then had to call 7 times to get updates! The office staff (Suzanne) kept saying they would call back and didn’t. The dispatcher offered me a discount to move after the long weekend. I said it wouldn’t work and he told me that the soonest they could come was at 2:00. I started looking for other companies. At 11:45 I found another company at twice the price since it was a rush job. Suzanne (from the office) laughed when I told her how frustrated I was. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Suzanne at the office was very helpful given I needed help at the very last minute. The crew showed up right on time and were completed exactly by when I was quoted. They worked hard and were very courteous and polite 5 stars
