We could have used a bit bigger
Truck. That was partly my fault.
Some stuff had to be left behind.

I am disappointed in your service for numerous reasons: the movers started 1 hour late short a man, moved at a very slow pace, blamed me and my building for the extended duration of the move, indelicately handled belongings and I was ultimately charged much more than my quote. I will not recommend nor return to using your service.

Moving a very stressful event generally. The three men who came to my house, Jed, Brandon and Saju were well turned out and polite. Their knowledge and professionalism was outstanding, advising me as and when needed. Also they listened to me and assisted with many things sometimes things outside of their remit. The loading of the truck went smoothly and efficiently, in much less time than I had anticipated. Whilst not personally at the arrival address, a family member was, to oversea the unloading. She was very impressed with the team too, stating that again they listened, helped out where they were asked, even if outside of expected obligations. So my move was fast, smooth efficient and far less stressful. Please give my thanks to this team, and know I would highly recommend them to all.

Everything went very smoothly. Staff were courteous, efficient and friendly. My son jsut bought a haouse and we will definitely use Two Men and a Trust for his move.

The 2 men were respectful of time and my items. They were also respectful to me. I highly recommend them.

2 guys were very caring andamp;amp; careful with stuff , they didn't stop , kept going , took a 10-15 break only x2

The two gentlemen movers (can't remember their names although I should) went beyond the call of duty to handle my mother's things with the utmost care and were far more courteous than I would have imagine (I think I'm in love). Suzanne in the office was a pleasure to deal with. I was however a bit disappointed that the quote was so far off the mark. I think that could be rectified if the quote was given over the phone during a conversation with questions and answers as you go along. Had that happened we would have been able to discuss how long the corridor was to the elevator and then to the loading dock. The actual charge was almost double what we were quoted. No matter, I am pleased with this company and I will most definitely use them again after lengthy quote discussions :-)

No uniforms but very good movers. Work very hard and very quickly.

The experience was great from start to finish. Suzanne in the office was great; she answered all our questions and helped us schedule our move around some our questions and concerns. The moving team (Dale, Oman, Sagir, andamp;amp; Victor) was excellent and very efficient. They were polite and courteous. They even took the time to make the furniture placement adjustments that we needed, no questions asked. We appreciate all they did for us.
