Overall v good - on time, courteous, and friendly.

The two men were courteous and had very good attitude. Their lack of experience is evident. They did not have all the equipment necessary to move bigger appliances and furniture.

Overall experience was acceptable. It wasn't good or excellent simply because they tried to overcharge me. Don't tell be you arrived at 1:45pm when it was after 2pm. Maybe ask your clients to sign off on a starting time when the movers arrive to avoid these situations. The guys were mostly helpful except they tried for an hour to get my treadmill out of my house. They were going the wrong way with it. I feel like i literally paid an hour worth of time for something that should have taken 5 mins.

The movers I had were pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient.

The whole moving process was great from beginning to end. The staff at the office were super friendly and helpful. The movers were amazing. Did everything carefully and if they needed clarification they came and asked. They were quick and courteous and the actual cost came out to be considerably lower than I was quoted. I would 10 out of 10 recommend them and will use them again.

Second time in three months we have used two men moving family members to assisted living. Excellent service! We will definitely continue to use their services!

They filled a last minute request with speed and agility, they were a real life saver, not everything in life is planned well in advance. The office staff was communicative and helpful, the drivers were efficient and professional. The labourers were less than diligent. They stood around waiting for instructions a lot, complained about how hard they were working when the fork lift was doing most of the work. Granted the stuff being moved was heavy but they damaged several pieces in transport. Then shrugged the damage off as if the piece wasn't new so it didn't matter anyway. Out of the 8 hours I paid for, they worked maybe 5 and complained they were beat. Really? Come on!!! I had a 15 year old helping out that put most of them to shame. This area needs tweaking.

Sarah was my first contact when I called in for a Quote. She was so friendly and helpful. I booked my move immediately with you folks, just from my good impression of Sarah. Suzanne also was very helpful, I spoke with both of them to set up the changing logistics of my house move. The move evolved from a 'small' move of only the biggest furniture items ... to moving EVERYTHING. Terrance and Jo (The mover guys) were AWESOME. So polite, hard working, careful with both my stuff AND the walls and door frames in each home. THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!

The guys worked fairly hard. Moving is hard work and it took 8.5 hrs to complete the job. The travel time to me, is a bit steep. My only complaint was I booked for a truck and 3 guys, only two shows up. I know things happen and sometimes people don’t come to work, but I think with the three guys they’d have been done much quicker and thats why I booked for 3 to show up.
