This would not have been an easy experience for the movers - had to manage the furniture around dementia patients in a lock down facility, down sometimes tight spaces. They waited patiently for walkers, or wheelchairs, or yelling upset patients to move. They handled it all with class. They were respectful, careful and fast. And my end cost was lower than quoted. When does that ever happen? It was a difficult move for me and they completely took care of everything on the moving end. I will recommend them to anyone having to move a loved one from one care facility to another.

Guys were great and very careful with pieces. Very pleasant and clean.

It was unfortunate that the truck had a flat tire, but communication about the issue was excellent and we were back on track in a few hours.

This is the first time we have used your company. The movers arrived on time and went straight to work. They never hit one wall during the entire move in! They worked well together and were friendly. Company house move from Calgary to Edmonton with all goods going into storage in Edmonton and no one fron the company onsite in Edmonton. Office staff was pleasant, helpful and attentive without being pushy. Online reviews were positive. Movers arrived on time, were quick to load, and informed us by text and phone when they finished unloading at the other end. Quote was accurate, and final cost came in just slightly below quote on pre-med letter. (P. S. I loved your on hold song!)

The office staff were very prompt and had my details and move plans organized right away and then called me the day prior to confirm again. I liked the sense of security I had, knowing we were all on the same page. The moving crew arrived right on time, assessed my goods, and loaded the truck effortlessly. It really was the best move I've ever made!

I have to say first off that I was shocked that the crew of movers did not want to come out for my move because the weather was bad the day of my move and they thought it would be best to wait until the next day. It was a second crew (who had finished an earlier move) that did my move and they were outstanding - they worked very hard even though they had to be tired. I was very grateful for the second crew and their hard work. As far as the first crew that was supposed to have came out - I don't understand their work ethics at all. I have a small truck and made five trips out that day - there was a lot of snow and it was a nasty day, but the job had to get done one way or another.

Really impressed with movers. Showed up on time, worked hard the whole time, no breaks. Friendly, helpful.

My experience with your company overall was really great. I just have two things to mention. 1. It would be nice if you guys had prices for smaller loads. My load was small and didn't need the min of 2 hours. So as a result I had the movers build my furniture - which was great, but not very cost effective for me. 2. The movers were great, but they smoked a lot and it really got in my house. I would ask that next time they refrain from smoking during the time of my move. I am a non smoker and would really appreciate that.
