My move was scheduled between 2-3pm. I called multiple times when they did not show up or contact me. I was told I’d get a call back and I did not. I called again and was hung up on. Then, 3 hours AFTER my scheduled move, I was cancelled on. Absolutely ridiculous and I still haven’t received my deposit back.

The crew was really nice, they communicated that they were running behind but would be arriving soon. They worked to find the way to get my oversized furniture into a smaller than expected hall/staircase for me. And we're very efficient on completing the move!
The only issue I had was lack of communication for confirming the booking. I called to confirm and got somewhat of a short response.

I’ve had the driver help me with my last move. Overall they are a super friendly and funny bunch. Also very careful and honest

I will NEVER use your company again.
Drivers didn’t show up to original appointment and then had to wait an additional 5 days for the delivery.
Was told I would receive a 5% discount for the trouble. Never happened.
Cost was at the high end of the estimate even though it was only 1.5 hours and a small job.
Jay in the booking office was apathetic and unfriendly..

Movers were outstanding- very careful and didn’t damage anything. I’d suggest they use a different app for transit though, current app seemed to constantly take them to the wrong locations and add time to the day/bill.

Honestly, more communication is needed amongst all your staff. People who care about their jobs is also a must. And one that knows how to di their job. My mum and I have been treated poorly, misled and miscommunicated with since the very first step, which created a snowball effect. We are extremely unsatisfied. And doubtful any of our issues will be resolved.

No complaints, wonderful experiance start to finish and an unbeatable price.

Rey and Jason in the front office were amazing at working with us on this move, Daniel and Carlton were our moving team, great service, attitude, courteous, professional and took great care when they were moving items, even the most awkward ones and did it all with a smile. I would recommend Two Men and A Truck for anyone undertaking a move.

The final rate was different than the actual bill.
The crew arrived without tools and said that they don't suppose to assemble the beds, but during the closing the deal,it was disconnected with office.
Crew refused to take down the fridge, the excuse which I got is" they don't have a tools to remove the doors and if I will provide, it will take extra time!

From start to finish your guys were excellent!
I cannot speak more highly of them and your team. I have used you 2 times now and will share with all I know, what an amazing company you are!!
