Your company withheld a $150 deposit for a scheduled move that they refused to do. They showed up morning of the move but complained that there was snow in the way a couldn't move. Asmita from the office even said they were not prepared as they didn't bring sand. I want my deposit back because no service was provided. You should be able to move in winter this is a winter city.
Response
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding the cancellation and deposit.
We take all weather and safety conditions very seriously, especially during winter operations in Edmonton. In some cases, our crews may determine that conditions are unsafe to proceed without proper equipment or preparation to ensure the safety of both our team and the property. However, we also recognize how important clear communication is in situations like this, and we regret any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve our service.
