Best furniture protection I’ve seen and have used other movers

The team was in time and efficient with their time, they were friendly and helpful.

Moving day turned super stressful as we got hit with the first snow of the season, the movers were professional and did the move while braving the elements of nature.

Our company is pleased with the experience we had with your company for our office move. The movers were polite, explained what they were doing throughout the move and took great care with our items. The movers were fast loading up our old office, but a little slow unloading in our new office and a couple dings to our walls. But our overall experience was great.

When I called, they were great in information I needed, also followed up with a quote! Come moving day, they were on time, and the 3 men, lead by Rick, were fantastic! Courtious and friendly, they did an awesome job! They were fast and efficient, did an awesome job!
I would hire your company in a second if moving again! I would highly recommend your company to people I know ! Thanks to Rick, Bo, and Nick, great guys, they moved me in less time than proposed !

They went to the wrong address so they were 1 hour late. They should of had mats to put down on floors. We should of been told that we were going to be charged the time they left the office till they arrived back to the office.

The team was awesome. Very good people. They did a great job and I would use them again.

Getting my initial quote was a good experience, and when I explained that it was outside of my budget, I was offered a discounted rate and was able to adjust the moving time to meet my budget. I was appreciative of that.
The day before moving day, I saw a debit charge in my chequing account for the entire amount of the higher quote. When I called the next day to explain my frustration, I was told it was just a pre-auth, but it wasnt. The money was gone from my bank account before they even did the move.
The movers were friendly, but when they damaged my couch beyond repair they told me that if I filed all the paperwork for the damage, the company would dock their pay and asked me not to report it, so I didnt. As I am unwrapping more items, Im finding more damage and its disappointing.

2 out of the 3 guys were good. The 3rd one vivik tried to charge us for 2 extra hours that we didn’t have. He also wasn’t a team player.
Chris and Austin were fantastic they worked very well together and didn’t have any issues.
Had there have been another guy to help that wasn’t vivik I’m sure the move would have been even faster since Austin and Chris worked double the speed then vivik did.

Overall the experience was excellent until the time I contacted the office for a damage done on my freezers door switch by the movers. I called the office and Jeyhoon asked me to send the pictures which I did. However, Jeyhoon has not even replied to my emails despite many reminders since last 6 days. I have sent another email a few minutes ago with a copy to corporate customer care team email. I hope that the customer care team will be able to help me.
