I have been happy to use this company on an on-going basis over the course of the year due to their pricing, availability, efficiency in responding and in getting the job done. I haven't dealt with the movers personally but any time I received a phone call they were courteous and professional. I have had many compliments from the on-going moves with regards to how the company has performed during the move and ensuring items were delivered safely and efficiently.

- moving staff were extremely slowly, a lot of standing around and chatting
- price was 25% more than quoted (because they were slow)
- damage a few things during the move

i didn't understand that i had to list all the items to be moved, i had told them of the large items, and a guestimate of small boxes and that was only what the men had on their list to move and wouldn't take anything else. most movers charge by the hour regardless of items. as a result the time estimated was too short and the crew had to leave without completing the job. When i contacted the office they said that was all that was contracted to move. I said i wasn't expected them to take extra items beyond the estimate and would pay for the extra time but the office said the crew couldn't stay. also the office couldn't send a crew to complete the job before the end of the month (even tho there were 3 days left) we were lucky we were able to find another company to complete the job.

Tony, Josh and Rick were our movers. They were on time and very professional. They took extra time with our antique piano and were very careful with all our furniture. Everything arrived in our new home and we were very pleased with them. They were efficient and pleasant, friendly and worked hard. We would not hesitate to use two men and a truck - happy to refer this moving company to our friends and would certainly use them again. Our estimate was very close to actual bill so no big surprise at the end of the day. Thank you for a smooth and efficient move.

Jay and Mervin were friendly, outgoing and respectful of my property. They did a great job of moving a very large sofa down and then up several staircases, and were careful of their surroundings the whole time. They maintained a great attitude and, when they were unsure of whether something would fit, they took the time to brainstorm ideas and had a good eye for knowing when something wouldn't fit. I was incredibly impressed with their work ethic and would definitely use their services again. The office staff were also very helpful and gave me tips on how to make the move fast and easy for their field staff. Thanks so much to everyone at Two Men and a Truck. I will definitely be calling on you again!

Overall the worker's were efficient with the time of the move as we had everything ready and prepared. I was not happy with the comment I received when I had pointed out the scratches that were done on our bedroom dresser. I was told it was not a big deal and was offered to have them come back and fix it or take a $20.00 discount. A wall was also damaged in our move out location (deep scratch marks) while trying to get our desk out, nothing was said about it at the time, I noticed it after the fact. Was not very happy with the condition of our items when they came out of the truck, had to wipe off most of our furniture items as they had dirt on them, I have not had this experience with other moves. Then upon departure I was asked to give them a 5* rating.

The overall move went very well. The one gentleman that was the one of the movers had a very poor attitude very argumental and very opinionated with his coworker. Very unprofessional to argue and bitter in front of the customer was not impressed with that at all.

Best moving experience I have ever had (and I have had a lot of them). The crew was uniformed, respectful, polite, with pleasant dispositions and they worked really hard to get our move done in the time promised. I will definitely use you again!

The movers were absolutely awesome! Very respectful and kind but efficient. They were very professional and made sure everything was moved carefully and made it over safely. The whole experience was magic! Thank you! I would definitely recommend your company!

It was a good experience. I liked that they were able to take e-transfer instead of credit card as I don't have a credit card.
