Movers were excellent. Extremely courteous...I was surprised as I didnandacirc;??t expect that level of service.

I really like that my call was returned quickly and that the person on the phone was kind and eager to help. The men on the truck were the same, so kind and wanted to ensure that the customer was happy. Great job all around!

Rick and Landon arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They also made a second unscheduled stop for us. They were professional in their conduct and behaviour.

Very polite and accommodating - worked quickly, carefully, and were able to accommodate last-minute changes and requests without any trouble. They helped to make a last-minute move a near-breeze!

I would recommend Two Men and a Truck for any move, and I will use them again. The booking was easy and the day of the move the men were punctual, courteous and professional.

Rick and Tony were great....the move mostly went without a hitch...only suggestion being that a GPS update would
have been helpful as their GPS did not have the building on it, the building is 5 years old and they said it didn't show up on their GPS. Then they had the address switched and the first andquot; we are lostandquot; call came in and they had the street and avenue switch so we're across town, then the second call came from the last Apartment showing on the GPS....was all figured out in the end. I did offer written directions before Dad and I left, but the boys were sure that the GPS would be enough!! All in all with the marathon walk to the elevators... The boys were great and probably didn't have to hit the gym for a few days!! Marla

I had a very good experience with Two men and a truck very respectful. It was a crazy day but the guys were amazing.

Again, I do not feel it should take 6 hours to move a small one bedroom apartment. Our original quote was 3 hours. I called to increase it to 5 hours because I added a cabinet and a few extra boxes. It ended up being 6.5 hours. There was no understanding of urgency. I feel I paid too much for such an small move

Customer service was excellent andamp; the two guys who came to do the move were very professional.
