Well, my experience with people who move you was very limited, since in the last 45 years I have moved very infrequently etc. However when I did use your company I was very pleased with the service I received. The two men that moved me were also super professional and remembered items that I myself would have forgotten, i.e. , wallets, documents, and even screwed on properly the bottom of my computer table legs. I was surprised then at how efficient they were and would like to thank them for their hard effort. Thanks, Henry

The service was great. The actual cost paid was just under the quoted amount so there were no unexpected surprises or cost overruns. The two primary men who helped us move were VERY friendly (“Mike” and the Supervisor who I wish I could remember his name). The gentleman who provided me with the initial quote arrived during the move and checked in to see how things were going. This is a key differentiator between your moving company and the competition - nice touch! That action made me feel like our move was important and so if that is not an uncommon practice then I’d highly recommend it for all of your moves. For the most part, everything was excellent. I wish the movers would have taken a little better care handling my furniture. Portions of my couch and mattress were ripped. Several screws on various furniture were stripped. Although this damage isn’t major, or visible where it happened, it was avoidable. However, the moving team was excellent, friendly and got my move done under the estimated 5-hour timeframe. The office staff (aka Belinda) was very friendly and helpful every time I called. Overall, I did have a great experience and would consider using TWO MEN AND A TRUCK again.

The only issue we had was the booking time was changed and we were not informed of the new tine. Otherwise we had excellent service. Belinda was great on the phone, very polite, giving me the information I needed. The men were excellent with our furniture. Good attitude and clean appearance. I picked your company because of its professional looking website. I would recommend your company to others. A positive experience all around.

The team showed up on time. Were very friendly and helpful.

My Only comment would be that the drivers should be more familiar with location of move, maybe set on GPS system to ensure no added costs are incurred to the customer because the drivers got lost. Our truck was lost for upward of 40min which was at a cost to me. Otherwise two men on our truck were friendly, worked hard and very consciencious about being careful.

Excellent service. Moving team, very friendly and polite. They showed up on time, worked very hard to get the job done and in a manner which there would be no incidents. Would highly recommend this moving company!
