Please provide movers with tools that would ensure their safety. For example, a type of dolly that would let them roll a fridge up the basement steps. They did so using bodily strength, and did so graciously, but it could have ended badly.

We were promised by the office, a team of three movers, but only two arrived on the job. As well, they were supposed to be on the job for 9 AM, but didn’t arrive until 9:45 AM.

Team was very efficient, professional and polite. We had some heavy and difficult stuff carried. But they did very professionally. We are very satisfied with the service.Prices are reasonable too.

The only negative is on the estimate under the time estimate it should say the 3 hour minimum will be charged not an estimate of 3 hours I missed the fact that there was a 3 hour minimum charge The move took 1 hour & 20 minutes so being charged for 3 hrs is a bit excessive

Called to let me know that they were behind at gave me an estimated time. Once again, they called to let me know that they were on their way. Amazing service from everyone. Thank you GREAT JOB.
