Many thanks and kuddos to the office team, they were very responsive and patient with all our inquiries. Hands down to our moving team who helped us last Sept 20th. Willard and his team's very professional and handled our stuff carefully. They were very polite and move around our home carefully. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

The two Men that moved me were very courteous and professional. They worked very hard to make sure there were no problems .

Overall was pretty good. The guys damaged my walls and some of my furniture. One of the workers was fairly negative, it seemed he was looking for reasons to exclude certain items and complained alot. The team leader was great, super polite and kept a positive vibe in the group

The team was awesome would definitely recommend to anyone. Great office team and the movers were amazing and cared about looking after all our needs. I hate moving but 2 men and a truck took all our stress away. Awesome!!!

Very pleased with the experience .. the movers worked very hard on a very hot day . There was some confusion on the move in day but that also went very well once it occurred . The movers were very courteous and handled our belongings with care .. I would definitely recommend your company to others ..

I had my move scheduled for 4:00 pm on Saturday, the movers called at 4:15 to say they would be late and wouldn’t arrive until 7:00. Then they changed it to Sunday at 9:00 am. Sunday at 9:00 they called and said they would be late. At 9:30 they texted and said they would be late. Finally arrived after 10 am and took almost double the quoted time. Very rough with the items.

Truck was almost 2 hours late, when they arrived the truck was not ready to be loaded, needed to be restocked. Movers did not use straps or dollys when moving into destination address. Mover told me it only took 2 minutes to restock the truck. A lie and impossibility. Caught driver on surveillance using personal cell phone for 10 minutes at bottom of elevator while second guy unloaded. Not happy

Our moving team was fantastic and very understanding given the complicated nature of the move. I felt entirely comfortable with them and they were very reassuring which I appreciate. They also did a great job moving the furniture! Also kudos to the office team for also being very understanding and supportive during our move. It made a very tough day unexpectedly better!
