I was pressed for time and needed help immediately. Even though you guys were completely booked, you still managed to squeeze me in at the most opportune time and I really appreciated it because it helped to relieve the horrible stress I was under. Thank you all so very much for your professionalism, understanding, and availability!

We have moved many times due to the nature of our work and had a terrible experience with this company. I have never felt compelled to leave a bad review before this experience. It took them more than twice as long as our last move with fewer items, they damaged several items, and left things either strewn around or in heaps everywhere. They did not wrap our furniture as requested and paid for, did not wear booties in the wet weather, and the list goes on. We sent photographs of the mess and spoke with the office manager. It has been 5 days since that conversation and we’ve heard nothing even though we were promised a follow-up. I’ve sent an email inquiring about the status of our damage claim etc. and have not heard back. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful.

The men were courteous and easy going. I was a little surprised to pay over $600 for the move when I got a quote for $350 I didn't realize I had so much stuff. The place that I moved to was not an easy access either. I was satisfied customer in the end.

The move went smoothly, they were very helpful and careful with my things. I was upset that they changed my "guaranteed time" from 9 am to 1 pm. But otherwise they were fast and efficient

When I spoke to Erna on my first phone call she was kind and understanding of my situation! There were so many variables involved and she worked with all of it!! Andre and Derrick provided fantastic care in the work they did in a very complex situation. Personable, organized, capable, and caring men who did a great job! They go the “extra mile”. I will be sharing with others about how wonderful they are! This was a good experience in the midst of my difficult life! Thank you, Erna, Andre, and Derrick!

The whole experience was seamless from booking the time and services with the office to the arrival of the team. The movers were respectful and professional in all aspects. All in all a great service was provided and I would definitely recommend and use again.

things that could be improved: 1. Wrap stainless steel fridges before strapping.
2 Strapping was very tight against side of truck bending fridge door and tightening buckle against fridge door.
3 measure door openings to ensure item can fit.
They did get the job done but could be more careful or professional in there services.
Ie wrapping items, care in tying down items etc.

The movers were very slow and arrived almost an hour and a half late. This could have impacted me badly if the elevator had been booked after my slot. Also I think I should have received a discount since I have used your services twice this year and because of the lateness.

The guys were pleasant, polite and hard workers. They were extremely careful with my furniture.
