The experience was not bad. The office personnel Erna was ok when we were talking; there were lot of mix up which is understandable and all request was done in paper, I would have given a good rating if the confirmation letter was transferred properly to the movers work other specially the most important request of mine and the reason I chose the company to move my stuff was the wardrobe box but unfortunately it wasn't on the work order so instead of a stress free move it was a very stressful one for me. On the good side the mover staff was good and when its time for the payment they automatically deducted the wardrobe box from my bill and also reminded me to check the truck if anything was left in there. They were also on time arriving at my old place.

The movers were nearly three hours late arriving. They were over two hours late contacting us about when they would arrive.

I wish to be contacted to discuss compensation for an item that was damaged and broken by the movers. While they were very pleasant I expect to be compensated for the damage and destruction of my item. There was damage done to the walls and unnecessary disassembly of some items that will now be my responsibility to reassemble. Overall extremely disappointed in the service and will not use again.

In a nutshell, the actual move date was a complete and utter disaster. 4 hours late, the movers used brute force to get items out of the house and 1 of them was being taught on how to handle items from the other mover, they took their time and didnt seem sure of themselves as only did jobs as and when required, they didnt know the address we was going too so i gave them the address and directions however these werent followed and they ended up lost (which I have had to pay for that time), they insisted in going back to the city for fuel which i refused as there were closer ones, finally got to the new house and items were broken, damaged, wet (from a leak in the truck which the movers pointed out) and then they wanted cash! pymt taken by card is more that was I signed too! absolute joke!!

Erna is the best she went above and beyond to help me out with my stressful time by working with me ever step of the way. I can I honestly say she definitely made things so much easier for me. The movers were good just very tired from a long day already that then had before me but got it done

The overall experience was good until there damaged the corner of my wall . The movers took pictures and phoned there boss I talked to him on the phone and he told me he would send someone to come take a look . I was very pleased about that . It has been two weeks now i’ve Emailed once with pictures of the damaged i’ve also called the customer service line twice and informed them of what happened and they said they would get someone to call me back . It has been two weeks and nobody has contacted me .

Truck was over two hours late. Load was going to storage unit, so another trip had to be made next day to complete job. Did not have proper tools to complete job. Men did not have proper load bearing equipment. Huge workers safety/compensation issues. I’d look into this team.

Being 2hrs 20mins late was the beginning of the poor experience. During that time I moved several pieces myself and one of the workers was completely inexperienced and I was still charged the same amount quoted plus 1 1/2 hrs extra.

We have been trying resolve an issue regarding damaged items, missing items and well as a completely unusable armoire. We have left several messages and emails with no resolution. We have talked to Erma several tomes with promises to get the issues resolved with no action to date. It has been two months and my daughter does not have a place to put her belonging. Unacceptable post customer service to the point we may have to file a small claims report. A full report was filed with the Winnipeg office including pictures. Plus

We booked based on price. We had 2 other comparable estimates but the date did not work. Other estimates were in person. The movers took 3 hrs longer than estimated. One mover was new first day never did this before. He was willing and hard working, but not efficient. The other mover was training him and explaining things to him. They took a very long time. We called the office the next day and said we did not want to pay for 9.5 hrs, as they took much longer than estimated because of the inexperienced mover and the training all day. The woman we spoke with, Irma I believe, was the rudest person!! She said too bad, we already took the payment. The experienced mover also threw garbage on the driveway and when superintendent asked him to pick it up, he threw more stuff out of the truck!!
