We were very satisfied with our experience with Two Men and a Truck from the initial contact to completion. The front office staff (Lucy) was great to deal with and the move was easy to arrange and to obtain an estimate. The moving crew (Ben & Brian) were also exceptional - showed up on time, were respectful, took care with our contents and dealt very well with a couple of heavy and bulky items.

I was so absolutely disappointed in this move. I only needed two things moved and as a female student walking with my bed would have been awkward but holy crap were the guys ever incapable. They asked I'd I had tools (no I don't I'm a commerce student who dosent do labour) then they said oh yeah we don't insure ikea furniture and my bed frame was sompletely banged up. I'm not talking about a ding.

Superb service on both occasions (November, 2019 and April, 2021).

The office staff member that I dealt with was an absolute star!!!

The three young gentlemen sent for the move were professional, personable and went beyond to be of assistance. The efforts taken to try and "fit" everything into the space available at the storage facility were outstanding and so respectful of safety concerns.

They charged me way too much for the move!! The truck was way too big. Even though I told the women in the office that I ended up moving quiet a bit of things the day prior and would only need 10 boxes of small and medium, she didn't suggest or even attempt to aquire a smaller moving truck for me. I feel totally taken advantage of. Plus the three movers made no offers or attempts to help pack.

Team arrived as scheduled and completed the work requested. Very professional.
