Thought the team of Richie, Nathan and Tyler were excellent. Very polite, helpful and efficient. Pleased that it was the same team that picked up and delivered the next day. The only weakness was in the quoting as they thought it would be a tight fit and suggested a second vehicle on hold. The contents easily packed with at least an 8th of a truck empty. A second opinion or review of contents would have alleviated any concerns prior to moving day. Overall I was pleased with the service and the final bill came in under quoted price. How good is that? Office staff and moving team, very courteous and polite and very helpful. We only had one glitch with initial reservation where the charges explained/cost was for pickup only did not include price for delivery. But were very helpful in explaining services and products which could be purchased. Our move went very smoothly prompt and thorough.

The overall move was done very fast and effective. We were quite pleased although my dinning room table was all scratched up in the move.

I had sent an email to the Barrie office, as well as posting on Facebook, commenting on the prompt, courteous, and helpful attitude by both the office staff and the two movers, Jacob and Jesse.

Andrew and his team were hard working guys. There was an issue with one team member who was dismissed early in the day for whatever reason. Jeff from operations was at my home within an hour with a replacement mover. I believe his name is Cory. Cory was very energetic and his attitude lifted everyone’s spirits. Andrew, Tristan and Cory did a great job with my belongings and I would definitely recommend this company despite the small hiccup that occurred early in the day. Thanks for all your help and the outstanding service!

The movers were extremely friendly and very professional. They worked very hard, and went out of their way to make a stressful day a better experience as they took such care of all our moving items. I will recommend two men and a truck and definitely use them for our next move!!! Wonderful movers just terrific!!! Thank you so much!!!!!
