We experienced an unusual situation and circumstance which although had not occured prior for the team or company they team they handled it very well. And although very unorthodox, I was pleased with the outcome.

What a great moving company the Barrie office has. We are so pleased with how the move went. I am so happy we chose you! The team of movers were fantastic. They did not waste time and they really know how to protect furniture. Plus they are incredible packers so that everything we needed moved was included. Not only that, the final price was even less than the estimate. Plus the office staff (Sarah) was awesome. The way she handled everything from beginning to end was perfect. Thank you to all of you for being so professional.

The only complaint I had was that the estimate was not correct. Should offer in home estimate if there is any question about time and space and not rely on customers est. I took the word of the office and I needed 2 trucks and 4 guys instead of 1 truck and 3 guys! We personally had to make several trips later which took 3 extra days!

My movers, Ryan and Jacob, were completely courteous and cheerful during the entire move, even when the elevator broke down and they had to lug the last few loads up four flights of stairs. They were helpful and pleasant. The Company was wonderful to deal with and everyone made sure my move went as smoothly as possible. It was a less stressful experience due to these people.
