It was a long day as we had to wait for keys. Half way through a few of the guys started fighting with each other which was a little uncomfortable. Towards the later part of the evening one guys had turned from being very chipper and upbeat to quite irritated with us. It was a very cold night and a long day it was around 9pm at this point. And our things were just being randomly unloaded and he mentioned it was just going to get done and he was going home. Overall most of our experience was good and the other guys were very respectful and professional. It was a long day for them. But I did feel things could have been organized a little better with the unloading. As well as the kitchen packing. When unpacking the boxes everything was put in very randomly.

The whole experience was very positive. The crew were very courteous, organized and professional. Natasha in the office was very pleasant to talk to. The 3 men that did my move were outstanding. They were very professional, efficient, careful with all furniture and respectful. I don’t think I could have have asked for a better team of movers than two men and a truck provided. My expectations were far exceeded. I will be recommending this moving company to all my friends and family. Thank you sooooo much for lessening the stress of a move and for having such amazing employees :)

The three gentlemen that came were professional, courtesy, and quiet. Alway addressed me by my name and they didn’t yell my name when they had a question, they came to me. I am a very happy customer.

Looking back, the initial booking and estimate should have included two trucks and four men. We were unable to fit over 30 bins and other things due to lack of truck space which meant for three days following we are still moving bins ourselves. However, the team we had was excellent and they worked very hard into overtime. We would have been happy to pay more for the convenience of not having to do this extra work ourselves, especially since our house was in Midland and our new home is in Toronto. We would still recommend and continue to call Two Men and Truck if we ever move again.
