There was some damage to some furniture and we were told we would get a call within 48 hours about the damage report. We have not received a call.
The office team underestimated the amount of furniture - it is recommended to send someone out to quote

The entire Two Men team are awesome to work with and make things as easy as possible. My moving crew were fast, efficient and had a great sense of humour! I will use them again...in fact I'm already booked for the next one!

I’m sorry it was a very busy day I forget the guys names but we’re very efficient and professional.

I was told on the phone that I did not need to supply boxes & packing materials & that they were all included in the quoted price I was given. I had been buying my own supplies, so I said I would stop buying boxes etc. & the lady on the phone said yes, they are all included. When it got down to packing my kitchen things, there were no boxes left of my personal stock, so I asked the men if they had boxes & they said no, they were not told to bring any. They were smart & used blankets to bundle everything up so we could continue on with the move. It worked fine, but I was not happy that I was told boxes were included, when they were not. I could have bought more on my own & had the kitchen all packed & ready to go before the movers arrived. The 3 men handling the move were fantastic & very professional. They did a great job! What an incredible team--from the first contact via telephone, email to the wonderful team of young men that arrived to help my mother with her move on the winter moving day!!!! I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for any moves...……. Thanks so much.

We were very pleased with Cameron and Noah. We had Tristen and Andrew before and were delighted but these fellows were excellent also. They went above and beyond for us under some time pressure at my condo. We had to finish with the service elevator by a certain time and they did it!! Excellent!! The only complaint I would have would be about the wardrobe boxes which were in terrible shape and the bar inside them is VERY HARD to hang hangers on. Didn't like them at all.

The two men who did our moving were excellent. They were fast, curtious, answered all our questions,
