The overall experience was good. There was one problem, the mover damaged my dinning table during the move and it is taking too long for them to repair the table as I am still waiting for my table as today. I just don't feel like living at home in my new place without a proper seat down dinning at my dinning table.

I could not have managed this move without them. The office was very professional when I spoke with them, and the movers were fantastic. They worked very hard and were super polite and professional.

IF you're moving and require the work of professional movers, or just want to make your life a little easier, I strongly recommend them.

Good experience, I would use them again and refer them.

UNFORTUNATELY I WASN'T IMPRESSED WITH YOUR SERVICE. I HAD A VERY SMALL MOVE TO DONATE FURNITURE AND THE MOVERS DIDN'T WANT TO MOVE TO GET THE JOB DONE. IT SEEM THEY WANTED TO DRAG THE JOB OUT TO INCREASE THE HOURS. THEY HAD A VERY HARD TIME UNDERSTANDING HOW TO MOVE A COUCH OUT OF A BASEMENT TO A GARAGE( THE ENTRANCE WAS DIRECT). WHEN IT IS OUT THE DOOR YOU HAVE TO LIFT STRAIGHT UP. PLUS A TREADMILL WAS A VERY LARGE PROBLEM FOR THEM. IN BOTH SITUATIONS I HAD TO WORK WITH THE MOVER PHYSICALLY AND INSTRUCT HOW TO GET BOTH THE COUCH AND THE TREADMILL OUT. ON TOP OF THAT ONE OF THE MOVER SHAUN WAS MORE INTERESTED TO ORGANIZE IN A TRUCK THAT HAD VERY LITTLE FURNITURE IN IT AT ALL. OVERALL I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED

Kevin and Pinder were courteous and professional. They were able to remove a large couch from a basement through a very tight stairwell on the third attempt with repositioning. Their persistence was greatly appreciated.
