Extreme lack of communication.Damage to coffee table could have been avoided if carried properly

Packing and moving team were great. Very polite. Did a great job. Appreciated that Justin was the team lead for packing and moving. He was great.
In the whole move, there is a scratch on the new floor but management has committed to address the isuue. The team was very accommodating.

We would rate the service and all involved in our move higher than excellent if we could. This is the first time we used a moving company because we always felt we would look after our furniture better than anyone else but our movers both loading and unloading cared for our furniture like it was their own. It is obvious that everyone I spoke to on the phone and had in our homes loved what they did and it was obvious it is
a good company to work for based on their attitude. They arrived on time, worked very hard and the quote was bang on. I've already been spreading the word about what a great company Two Men and a Truck is and our great experience and will continue to spread the word. It was a great experience from start to finish. The movers were very hard working, friendly & courteous, extremely helpful and made my moving experience less stressful. I would definitely use them again.

I was pleased to see that Two Men and a Truck offer pick-up/delivery in Scarborough to the Furniture Bank. I had a few beds to move to this worthwhile charity and I appreciate the decent price to do so. Two young men who picked up the furniture were courteous and worked efficiently.
I moved using Two Men and a Truck approximately 3 years ago and the service was excellent then as well! I recommend Two Men and a Truck for your move as well!

I really enjoyed the comfort of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. However, i didn't appreciate that my movers took 2- 15 min cigarette breaks (30 min total)- during my moving of which i was paying for. They could have taken this break only if i wasn't paying for it. overall the movers were good! 8/10

Our furniture was stored at your facility for almost 2 years. By the time we moved, my mom's high-end furniture was destroyed or broken including lamps. The wood was completely warped on a high-end wall unit, lamps were broken, door broken off hinges, bangs and nicks on corners of furniture, scratches all over a teak dinning table etc. I found out that there was no dedicated storage room for peoples stuff and that it just sits in an open warehouse with no climate control. We even received someone else's piece of furniture. This is absolutely unacceptable! Never again would I use Two Men and a Truck. This may have all been damaged by the first movers in 2016 and sitting in the warehouse.

The men were friendly and very quick in moving my things. A job well done!

I was told I wouldn’t be charged for travel before and after the move back to the shop but I was. The workers smelt very bad. Other wise happy

It was a bit pricey but with the money as there were no complications, no furniture kept hostages, professional staff and overall good experience.
