Office staff (Nilla) rally helpful as was Alex - good job.
The crew were a little inefficient with the move, but in the end, got the job done. There were furniture damages to three piece. One chest of drawers was severally damage on top. The guys ran out of protective wraps, and instead of waiting for additional wraps to come, the put extra plastic wrap on - it did not protect the surface. Couple of bangs on other furniture too - one needing repair.

Living on my own I was worried about my move but Two men and a truck made it so easy to and stress free. From my old place to my new destination the movers were very helpful, friendly and professional. Took care of everything and asked me to just relax. Thanks a lot for a great service.

Movers were polite and efficient. One issue came up that instead of going to the second site for pick-up the movers went to my home. Directions had been very clear and we were going to be travelling 10 minutes. Despite that they went to my home which was at least 45 minutes away. That was corrected in the price but a bit of a delay etc...

Movers should bring enough runners to protect the floors.
Shoes were not covered it was heavy rain on the moving day.
Should handle the moving elevator when stacking the items in elevator.

The movers were very professional and friendly. They understand how stressful moving is and work hard to make the transition as smooth as possible. We were expecting rain on the move day and they worked as quickly as possible to minimize moving my things in the rain. Everything they took apart was put back together carefully and furniture was placed as I wished. The movers really helped to make my move fast and effortless.

I had to have new windows moved into a house and the delivery date was moved several times which office staff were very very helpful with. The load was very heavy and the guys did a fantastic job.

I can’t say enough about how great the two men who moved my mom’s things into the retirement home were. They were so kind and so accommodating with any request I had. I would totally recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for all your help.

I contracted the services by referral from Ashley Furniture. I needed two sofas to be disassembled, move them from the basement to the living room in the same house and assemble again. I was told I had to pay for the minimum hours (3 hours). It took them around 30 - 40 minutes to do the job..I knew I had to pay the minimum 3 hours, but the company should have some special deals. I believe there are other people with the same needs as I had.
