Alex and Kevin arrived on time. They were very polite and pleasant - very nice young men. They worked very efficiently and carefully together, and the move was completed on time. They make a good team.

Everything was spot on, except for the fact that we ordered 6 wardrobe boxes and received only 3. We ended up putting the clothes in trashbags with hangers out the top, which was not a fun exercise.

My experience with your team was excellent. They were very helpful over the phone and the movers were great. They were kind, fast and took great care with some delicate family heirlooms. Real professionals. I will use your service in the future and would be more than happy to recommend your team to others.

I apologize for not responding sooner but I just got my computer set up. There were 3 men sent to help us move on moving day. The office called to tell us what time they would arrive and they were there promptly at 12:15. They picked up our boxes as if they were as light as a feather. Everything necessary was wrapped securely and nothing was damaged. We were not able to get the key to get into the condo unit until 5:20 so as a result it was 7 hours that we used them. They waited patiently at the unit for us to arrive. We were very pleased with the move and would recommend them to friends.

The three men who came to move my furniture out of a house and into my new house were absolutely amazing! They were extremely professional and took great care of my furniture! Would definitely refer these men to friends and family! Excellent service!

The movers Arrived on time, quickly wrapped and loaded the truck and met me at home for a switch of furniture requested by the family. Then we dropped off furniture to the Restore, but the Ajax store was closed to we needed to make an additional trip to Oshawa. Thank you to the driver and helper, as they hurried to complete the drop-off in good time and get back on the road.

They were very nice young men but weren't strong enough to lift the piano out of my house or up to the second floor of my home and they ended up damaging my stairs. Last time I moved the piano the movers had special straps vs using a piano board. I am not happy about the damage to my floors and a small dent in my wall as well. The one mover they had was very "weak" and I ended up even having to help. Other than that they were really great and I would use again.

Estimate to remove items from house to truck was over estimated by two hours which would have resulted in an unnescesay two hour wait for possession of the new house.The truck crew assisted here by finding other work to fill that two hours.
Because of a last minute league issue the house deal was delayed for four days. After three days I was told of the $250. Per day storage charge. They did take full advantage of a customer in distress.
Furniture was stored in a truck with a leaky roof, three major pieces of wooden furniture and four wooden dinning room chairs where water damaged.
The crew where very professional and helpful. They took great care to protect our furniture.
There are two issues, the leaky truck used for storage and not advising us about storage cost in advance.

From start to finish the service was absolutely amazing! Would recommend them anytime.
