From the time Brad came to our home to give us an estimate , we were pleased with his professional appearance and attitude.. We did get other estimates and although lower we were not happy with their professional demeanor.. We decided to go to the office and see for ourselves and meet Nancy the person I spoke to on the phone and emailed..The conversation and professionalisum was just what we needed and wanted.. After a really bad experience yrs ago with another mover I was afraid of repeating the same ... The day of our move was more than I ever expected,the movers were professional and smiled and were kind and considerate at all times..They worked hard and went beyond my expectations.. I will absolutely recommend them to all who need a moving company... and use them again if needed...

From start to finish I felt very well supported. Nancy in the office was an outstanding support - help me feel organized; very clear instructions; knew the things I needed. On Move day I was really impressed with the level of service (on time; professional) as well as the friendly and caring manner that the movers had with us. Overall just an excellent experience and I would recommend to anyone.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK has been an amazing experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone. From the first call, they were very knowledgeable and friendly. They quoted the moving job as well as follow up to ensure everything was ready and set realistic expectations. They walked me through their entire process to ensure I was not in the dark. They showed up on time and finished an hour under the quoted hours. The crew was very professional, polite, and open to any questions or concerns. They did not request a deposit nor payment upfront, the job was paid once completed. During the whole moving process, they did everything to ensure the move was not stressful and organized. Everything was put exactly where it was supposed to be therefore making our unpacking very quick and easy.

The guys were super nice and quick as well. Took pride in there work. Nancy was great as well.

Mike and his team were the bright spot in a very hard day. They were friendly, efficient and professional. They made me laugh, despite the volume of stress outside forces had put on me. Nicole, moved mountains herself, finding availability in their busy schedule to accommodate a last minute request, for a rather unconventional move. Despite the -25 degree weather, these guys took their time, and ensured everything was safely taken care of, and moved on schedule. Even with a few curve balls thrown their way, this team made everything so easy. I slept well that night, knowing this major element of moving my retail shop had been taken care of. Sincere thanks to the entire Etobicoke team.

Two Men and a Truck continue to exceed my expectations. This is my third move using Two Men and a Truck. I would not even consider another moving company. From first telephone call to final set up and arranging of furniture, the Two Men and a Truck personnel were wonderful. I recommend them for any move and will definitely use them again. Rick

My need was to move some furniture around my house to make me more comfortable after a recent fall. When I explained my situation both Nancy and Brad were very kind in trying to figure out a way they could fit me in sooner than later. It was a very small job but important to me and they recognized that. Within a couple of hours they had Mike and Tyler here. They had finished another job and did this for me on their way home. They too were very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck - West Mall, Etobicoke. Thank you all for helping me in an emergency. This is the second time I have used Two Men and a Truck. They moved me to this home 7 years ago.

Our move was a day-long affair from Toronto to Guelph with a couple of storage units in between. The crew were excellent and were in high spirits throughout the move even with the cold and snowy weather. Brad, Thad and Tyler went above and beyond, along with Nancyandacirc;??s organization they are the reason I will not need to look elsewhere for a moving company.

The movers worked very hard and completed their work. I think that a bigger truck may have been needed and that perhaps a home visit prior to the move may have been a good ideal. I did not want one, clearly I did not realize all that needed moving. I would recommend a home visit to assess the inventory.
