Overall I was very pleased with Two Men and a Truck. The office team was fantastic and helpful; and I was impressed with the way my team wrapped each piece of furniture - either in shrink wrap or blankets. I was also impressed with their approach to loading the truck, so that the big pieces of furniture came into the new place first. And the smaller stuff could fit around the big pieces. However I did feel that they could have moved just a little faster. I understand about pacing and that it is hard physical work, but the move could easily have been done an hour, or more, sooner. Also there was a piece of furniture damaged through somewhat careless maneuvering. Not a big deal, but... also some broken glass/china, though to be fair, I can’t say for sure that it happened during the move.

This team was great! We had some issues with our elevators and the team worked well through it. The office staff was fantastic, Nancy is a big reason why we booked the service she took her time with us and explained the services. Both teams who helped us were extreamly friendly!

Chose based on being aware of the name and visibility on the streets. The move was precisely as described, highly efficient and professional. This made my experience painless. Well done!

I was surprised by the time it took for the move and they arrived at my new house less than 10 minutes after I did. Very efficient, courteous and profession. This is my third time with Two Men and a Truck. I have always had a positive experience with them and have recommended them with friends.

Because there was a delay in occupying my new home, my move was particularly complicated (and stressful) going from a condo to a temporary residence with furniture going to three different places including storage. I was so happy (and relieved) to experience such reliable, efficient, and accommodating service.

The folks I dealt with before the move were responsive and helpful, including Nancy who I spoke to on the phone, and the fellow who delivered my boxes. The movers arrived 1/2 hour late, but were professional and friendly. It was a more difficult move and took longer than expected as the moving elevator in my condo building wasn't available and they had to use an alternative elevator 450 m farther away. However, they remained professional and helpful throughout. I was satisfied with the service and would recommend this company again.

The Two Men and a Truck team made our moving experience run smoothly and efficiently. Nancy, in the office, was extremely pleasant and helpful. The movers were friendly and worked nonstop. They made sure all of our things were moved safely, and worked really hard to get some of our more awkward things in and out of tight spaces, with no damage to the items or the house.
