Our moving team were excellent! From Nancy in the office to the 2 young men that came to move us, they were friendly, professional and most importantly, careful with all of our items. It was a long day and yet they remained dedicated to getting the job done. They worked hard! We were great full for them making this part of our experience less stressful!

Everything was good. Office staff supportive and quick to answer questions. Moving crew were friendly, polite and skilled.

In COVID 19 I was surprised that crew didn't wear masks. I realize working with a mask isn't easy the people I work with wear masks and also undertake heavy physical work.

Despite several requests I still have not received clear information about insurance for storage!

Mike,Eric and Carlos were amazing. Toronto to Orillia with bad traffic all the way to Barrie and they still came in at under the quote. Bravo!

The movers were fast, funny, and very careful. I vastly underestimated the number of items to be moved but they took it in stride and got it all done quickly without damaging anything.
